I popped in for a last minute treat this morning. The hard working staff made me feel very welcome and fitted me in. Love the pedicure chairs, the massage facility on the chair is so relaxing, then the pampering of my feet and legs as so relaxing. Very pleased with the colour and application of the polish. Professional Nails may not be the most exciting set up, but the friendly staff and wonderful treatment meant I will definitely return to them.
I was planning to get SNS removed but talked into getting a new polish cost $30 for removal so paid $65 for new. The girl was rushing and nicked my skin which hurt for a bit.
Walk in, didn’t have to wait, a polite girl named Daisy did a fantastic job on my SNS nail extensions. She was lovely. I will definitely be coming back. I’ve experienced bad service in other nail salons so it’s refreshing to find a salon that treat their customers well. Daisy should get a pay rise!!!Services: Nail extensions
Have been here a few times and they've slowly got worse. They're so mean and miserable they don't even use nail polish remover to remove gel polish now, they just sand your nails. I used to have good strong nails. Now they're weak and I've had to cut them really short. This place is just a money making machine with girls that can barely speak English and are just so unfriendly. I recommend you use anywhere but this horrible, overpriced business
Went in for SNS removal and re-apply. Sat with my hands in acetone for half an hour and was told to "scratch off" the SNS in the acetone. I doubt they use new acetone for each client so this wasn't great hygeine-wise. Then the technician actually tried arguing with me that I had gel on when I only ever get SNS. It cost over $100 and less than a week later half of my nails have broken. I got French tips and she filed too much off after so they're uneven and see through. She also cut them way shorter than I wanted. Never going here again.Service: Manicure
I”be been coming to Professionails Lower Hutt for many years and highly recommend you visit. The staff are lovely and friendly and always accommodating 10/10
Not worth a star at all. They need to make bookings instead of turning up and being told there is nothing. Then after showing them voice recordings of the calls I made of my booking, they didn't acknowledge they made a mistake, they probably assumed I was wrong. So they did my nails and did it so thin that 2 broke the next day and 1 chipped. WASTE OF MONEY AND WASTE OF TIME. Never had a worse nail job ever until these guys. Hate service like this, when you go in expecting nails that would last 3-4weeks esp coming up to Xmas but you get a 24hour nails.
I went in today asking for black French tip and I had to tell the lady 3 times what I wanted and she still painted them white! Not happy I spent a lot of money and I did not get what I asked for! I will not be back! They also charged extra for a “manicure” that was only on one nail??! And when removing my previous gel they were very rough and it hurt! I am not happy with my nails at all!!
