The only place I would ever go for anything Turbo related. I had an issue with sporadic smoke coming from my car, so I gave Procharge an email and Ben called me same day and discussed possible causes and options. He diagnosed the turbo and confirmed it had a leak, then built me one of his OE-647 Units. This turbo is night and day better than my previous name brand turbo, spools faster, pulls harder and has impressed me to no end. On top of the fantastic product, both Ben and Kirsty were phenomenal to deal with and took great care of me. Would give 6 stars if I could.
Best in the business. Had a genuine Garrett high flowed by Ben and the turbo is next level now. Highly recommended and amazing customer service from Kristy always kept me informed
Got a turbo rebuilt by Procharge and after months I got it back and it blew up straight away, this happened twice. I have been having troubles with turbos since and has caused many problems and lots of money.
These guys are good! I had my Mitsubishi turbocharger overhauled and balanced by Procharge after I discovered that some of the exhaust wheel vanes were damaged. They did the repair and balanced the unit in a short time, even though they were very busy. They were very reasonable and very helpful, Ben in particular providing me with valuable advice and a few tips along the way. I took the vehicle back to them after I had refitted the turbo and, once again, Ben was more than willing to give me a few more ideas on tuning and power improvements. I would have no hesitation in recommending these guys for any turbo repairs or service work.
The guys at Procharge are fantastic! Ben is highly knowledgeable about all things turbo and his work is fantastic. Kirsty who runs the office is quick to respond to emails and get back to you with the information required. Overall a fantastic experience and at a great price! Will definitely use the guys again!
Best turbo mechanic in Melbourne. Ben is great, honest guy and he does an excellent price every time. Got a TD04 13G and 16T rebuilt here. This is the place to rebuild/service a turbo!
Ben and Kirsty are very helpful and know their stuff. I got them to rebuild and highflow a set of OEM twins to stage 1 for my 135i BMW. The set made approx 40kws more then the factory twin turbo setup!
Ben & Kirsty are true professionals. They took over the repair of a turbo after another mechanic almost blew up the engine. Ben's attention to detail and technical understanding of turbo charged engines is outstanding. Just take a look at his workshop, it's immaculate, could be a high end race team's. He doesn't just fix the symptom he finds the cause and makes sure it's sorted. Throughout a complicated repair he always provided photo's of the inner workings illustrating problems and what was need to make sure they were fixed properly. When the car arrived at ProCharge it didn't have enough power to make it into the workshop thanks to the other mechanics mistakes now, it's running like a dream! He fixed it once and fixed it properly. Thanks Ben and the OJ is on me any time we bump into each other.
Highly recommend procharge. Bens very professional and knows all about turbos. I just got exhaust manafold fixed. All in a days work. They were very helpful too
I just wanted to thank the team at Pro Charge for going the extra mile for me. My turbo rebuild was not straight forward and there were extra parts that needed to be replaced, but Ben only charged me the standard rebuild fee. Thanks Guys!
