Dr Chong is amazing - I am completely debral phonic and he was so calming, supportive and understanding. Roland took the time to explain everything to me - step by step including all options and possibilities. He was methodical and took his time to get it right. I felt safe and confident in his years of experience. I’m now taking my kids there.

Both my wife and I have been going to Dr Chong, for a number of years now. Experience has alway been fantastic, and that is a word you don’t hear often to discribe a visit to the dentist. Dr Chong and the staff at Pro Care Family Dental, make you feel comfortable with your treatments due to their knowledge, detailed explanation, and care for your comfort. Recently my wife needed an Emergency appointment due to a accident and she was fitted in quickly. Highly recommend this practice.

Went to see Roland as recommended by a friend. The whole treatment was hassel free and I felt more relax then any previous treatment I had. I will definitely come back and recommend to other friends.

I have been seeing Roland for many years. I can highly recommend him and his staff. My three daughters aged 12, 10 and 6 years have all seen him regularly since they were around 3 years old and his gentle and reassuring manner has made their trips to the dentist an easy and pleasant experience. I have recommended Roland to friends and acquaintances in the past and will certainly continue to do so.

My family and I have been going to Roland for a number of years now and have received excellent service whether it be a checkup or to have a root canal. I have not had any issues with work that Roland has performed and I am happy to recommend family and friends.
