I Took my truck here for a scan and and cleared codes which did not fix the problem. The mechanic told me to take it to Scania to fix it cause he is not sure what it is. Only a 15 min scan on obd2 port and he invoiced me for $385. Even Scania would not charge me such a ludicrous amount. I am still in disbelief after many years of experience dealing with fleet vehicles and many mechanical workshops.

They charged me for unnecessary repairs and replaced items with second-rate, faulty parts. I’ve compared their pricing with other mechanics, and they consistently overcharge. To make matters worse, the mechanic, Tony, was untrustworthy and unhelpful. This place is a complete rip-off, and I strongly advise anyone considering this workshop to look elsewhere.”
i brought my mini bus into pro trucks for a roadworthy. i found all the staff very friendly and willing to help, they listened to me and answered my questions with patience and respect. they gave me some good advice on other workshops to take my bus for electrical work where i wouldn't be ripped off i wasn't. i asked about repairing a part that is showing signs of ware but isnt broken, they suggested to wait until it was completely worn out before i spend the money on a new one because i will get many more kilometers before it is, and when it does fail it wont stop the vehicle. they could have said ok we can fix it and taken my money.... anyway, sorry for rambling, i recommend these guys, they are fair, quick, friendly and know there stuff.
Very disapointing, started off well then i got Lied to, stuffed around, overcharged, wasted my time, ended up costing me a lot of money an i cannot use the truck for months now.nTerrible experience… don’t trust them
Always been a breeze dealing with the pro truck team. They’re on the ball and get it done.
