Dr Alice Mott-Lake is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, patient, warm and informative. I cannot recommend her enough. The reviews on this page regarding Dr Mott-Lake are a testament to her level of empathy and professionalism.
After a horrible experience with another practice, I came to Pro Health Care Norwood, the staff and service is fantastic, they made me feel human again and were so nice and helpful, today alone they helped me get a same day Telehealth appointment and did their best to make it work around my availability as well as their own. The doctors are just as, if not more fantastic. My first appointment 12 months ago, they took a genuine interest in my health, and talked about more than just what I'd booked the appointment for, they asked me questions about my current treatment and advised potential changes that would be more beneficial, gave me all the information they could about them and let me go research on my own and pick the treatment option that i thought best suit my needs, I had never been offered an option in my own treatments before, so this was a pleasant suprise. The follow up appointment, they helped me get my new treatment plans up and running and happily helped me with some other general queries that were unrelated to my appointment. My telehealth appointment today, despite being over the phone, was just as humanising, helpful and friendly as my previous appointments, these doctors genuinely care about their patients. I won't go anywhere else now, and I can't recommend Pro Health Care Norwood enough.
Dr Adelaide Boylan and reception staff are always welcoming and kind. Adelaide is always prompt and makes what could be a daunting experience very easy. She’s enthusiastic, nurturing and very thorough!
Came in to have my bloods done at the pathology - the pathologist was so beautiful and kind. Nice clean surgery, Drs seem lovely when coming out to greet patients however one young receptionist comes off very rude. From the moment I walked in she was unfriendly and abrupt and it continued with every other patient in person and over the phone for the 20+ minutes I was waiting. We are only human and can have our up and down days however you work in a business where people need a caring friendly face and reassuring voice, you are the face of the surgery when people walk in. I’m a younger confident person and she made me feel nervous and unwelcome. Maybe this certain staff member needs to be reminded how to treat people as elderly, disabled or unconfident people may get upset by this type of treatment. All other receptionist were lovely!
Great practitioners, friendly staff, sure the waiting times can be long but I think that shows the GPs and other forms of health staff there do a good and thorough job with each of their patients.
Dr Price was amazing with our 6 month old. Incredibly knowledgeable about paediatrics, we will definitely be going back to her in the future.
I see Dr Chalder at Pro Healthcare. Dr Chalder is kind, patient and really listens. She makes me feel valued and I feel she has genuine care and concern for me as a patient. She is a wonderful, supportive doctor.
The ladies at reception are all extremely helpful and in my case, very patient. I also have a fantastic doctor. I give 10 stars for the service I always receive.
Dr Adelaide was extraordinary. I was able to get an afternoon appointment on a Saturday! She was a wonderful, informed, open-minded, compassionate and attentive listener. My mother has had excellent experiences with the GPs at Pro Health Norwood and it looks as though I have finally found the right practice for me! In my opinion having a family practice where they really know you gives you a sense of safety and confidence. I would highly recommend.
