I got our wedding seating plan and menus printed here and everything was perfect quality. They were able to help me even though I only had two days to do it, and even helped me adjust the borders so it fit the design properly. Thanks!
5 back & fourth calls after being told they would call me back each time. Staff kept talking over me & we’re extremely rude. Requested to print, sent images, wouldn’t respond so would have to follow up myself. Was told they would print my images same day but never heard back. Now they have my images lol. This place is unprofessional, rude, lazy. Felt like they just didn’t want to do print my stuff lol. Will make a formal complaint in person. Other friends said they had a similar experience calling & they were too lazy to print.
Incredibly helpful with a niche request for a HSC student major work. They accommodated all our requests and lack of knowledge in printing. Will absolutely be back.
The team at a1 are lovely and reasonably priced. we have had them do our printing for years and all of the team are lovely to work with. we will continue to work with them for years to come. they take emails and have the work printed for you which saves time going in
