Oval full of mini-soccer goals set up for the kids. Great turnout for them. Us dog walkers had to chose between the other 3 ovals. Not a problem
Princes Park has a fun playground catering for toddlers to age 10. Our 4 year old grandson was immersed in the climbing structures. The public toilets were fairly clean & had easy access for children.
We played on the 2nd oval which is frequented by the local dog walkers. The home team did a pretty good job of clearing the playing surface of solids but it still stank of dog wee. The away bench, located near the dog drinking fountain, absolutely stank to the point my players refused to sit there. Add to that the coach and myself were attacked all match by huge full bodied mosquitos. The local council needs to clean this area up.
One of the greatest parks in Melbourne lots of activity’s to do from football to cricket play ground for kids lots of parking lots of big trees with lots of shades to seat and do bbq very good all around park highly recommend.
Nice spacious park with sporting facilities, but really lacking parking spaces. I drove out to find a roadside parking space and was shocked to find all roadsides of the entire neighbourhood fully parked!
