I had a very nice experience at Princes Karaoke. Nice equipment, and songs are pretty up to date. Very friendly staff, clean and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended.
Overall a great experience and party venue. Visited to celebrate a 21st Birthday Party and I would recommend to friends and family too. The Karaoke room was large enough to fit about 20-25 people. The lighting and sound system added a little more edge to the experience. The top floor Karaoke Floor/Rooms has a smoking area, communal bathrooms and a bar. The bar staff were friendly and charismatic while working hard to keep up with demand. Our food order was delayed and one of the bartenders offered us a full refund as we had to leave before they were ready. We really appreciated this display of customer service. The security guards were cautious and ensured to check all floors throughout the night. Minor feedback : The bar staff were under the pump and I think that they need more support on a busy night. There weren't any spare rolls of toilet paper in the top floor bathroom, so many of the stalls were out by 10-11pm.
Awesome place! Clean and modern with a nice selection of different pool /snooker tables for whatever skill you have. Drinks are well priced and there is a good selection, along with simple but yummy snack food. Music was a good volume and the tables aren't super close together l, so you won't feel on top of other patrons. Service is relaxed and friendly and you can tell they really like what they've built.
An amazing and versatile venue! My partner had his 30th birthday here and I could not fault a single thing here at Princes Pool. The owners were very kind and accommodating! Booking this venue was easy and a simple process. We also wanted a karaoke room for later that night which was easy enough to add on : I had purchased a double tiered cake and they happily stored it in their kitchen. The service from the bar and food were fast and staff were all very friendly. The venue itself is beautiful and spacious, bathrooms were clean and the many levels in this venue allowed freedom of movement. The night was fun and one to remember I highly recommend this venue for parties, milestone birthdays or just a night out!!!

Great place to relax for a nice price. Comfortable room and furniture with awesome food & drinks.
Went for karaoke, was told price included for 6hours. Got kicked out aftet 5hours. Ordered the vsop package, alcohol was pre poured into shot glasses. Very obvious that they are diluted. Ordered the same vsop in individual shots, alot stronger than those from package. Is industry standard that they need to open a brand new bottle in front of the customers. The most uncomfortable couch i have ever sat on. right angle seats. dirty bathroom. will not return. In respond to the owner, 6 jan. I am not interested to go through your security camera recording. I think is pretty obvious that the same vsop ordered via the package and standalone has such a strong differenc ein concentration.
Awesome place. Better than the old one as more updated interior. Staff are super friendly. Dart machines, plus cocktails… what more could you want. I haven’t tried karaoke yet but that is my next adventure there. Good job princes Came back last week and the bartender Dee is always so welcoming and always provides us with the best service. Thank you Update- Went back and wanted to do karaoke, manager was really rude and said no because it was past 12am. Wouldn’t go back again due to his rude, terrible service. Used to be a good atmosphere, not anymore unfortunately.
Went to princes Pool and Karaoke last night with friends. The place is amazing. Clean and nicely presented. Staff are super friendly too. Highly recommend.
Really fun place. Had a friends birthday and we did karaoke and played some pool. Bar staff were really friendly and helpful. Our order of Chicken didn't get delivered but the staff were very apologetic and gave us a refund straight away
