Seriously one of the best steaks I have ever eaten. Cooked to perfection 300g porterhouse. Melt in the mouth tender! Beers were fantastic. What a great pub. Girls behind bar are energetic and friendly. Family friendly. Will come againService: 5/5
This is a great venue, which can host a large number of people as well without feeling overcrowded. Staff are really nice and the dishes we ordered were very good and well presented. I really appreciated the fact that the chicken Parma is oven baked instead of pan fried as it’s an healthier option which keeps it yummy
So dog friendly! Perfect for all dog owners. They're allowed inside & the pub is a fantastic place, good food and large beer and wine selection selection too. Definitely a great pub.Rooms: 5/5
I fortunately on this occasion The Prince did not live up to expectation. What was advertised was not “available” and the staff lacked understanding, communication skills and ability to remedy any question we had. We were asked to pay twice even though we paid… we were unable to order wine and no amount trying to communicate on our part actually worked.
Don't let the exterior appearance put you off. The staff service atmosphere and food are worth a visit. I enjoy every visit here.Service: 5/5

Edit: Parma without chips and salad is Un-Australian, anti-Melbourne at the very least. I don't mind paying a little more given inflation but this has USA style pricing all over it where you see one price and have to add all the extras. The chicken was great though and they have Stomping Ground. The saving grace.
Beautifully renovated Hotel. Menu is varied, well priced and service is excellent. The food takes you back to quality, well proportioned 'Counter Meals' as a child. Menu board has Specials. Attached is the Sunday Roast, which we take all visitors to, its that good. Try the spiced warm Cider. Pints of beer, best priced and varied, even local boutique beer. Priced by the bottle, some under $10.00. Owners are a couple that know what they are doing and what families, couples and a group of mates are looking for. Beer Garden is a lovely area, great for birthdays and small gatherings. Try the Brisket! Smoked or slow cooked. Its the bomb . Book a table on Sunday's lunch or Dinner, I guarantee you wont be disappointed.
Stunning roast dinner! Delicious cauliflower cheese, so much pork, great crackling and extremely generous serving of gravy. Honestly most of the time I go out for a Sunday roast I am a bit disappointed with it, but no disappointment at all here! Great selection of ales too to wash it down. Thanks Prince Patrick
Just want to start by thanking the amazing staff here! From the moment we arrived we were greeted with happy positive vibes!! We are travelling from Perth with 2 young children who have been dragged around Melbourne site seeing for days now! We stopped by the mcg and needed somewhere close by as the kids were loosing their minds and so were mum and dad ! As soon as we entered we felt welcome especially with the kids which had been hard to come by in the Melbourne area! My daughter asked for “plain pasta” for dinner and I knew she would lose control if she did t get it fierce 3 yr old the chef was more then happy to oblige which made our life so much easier! He also steamed some Veges which both kids demolished! Aside from the hospitality towards our children my husband and I absolutely loved our meals. I wish we found this place on our first night rather than our last as we would have returned nightly without a doubt! Thanks guys we love it and if we are ever back in town we will be back
