Can't wait to come back with the boys! Solid venue, great vibes, fun bartenders!! Absolutely phenomenal cocktail list, the queens apple is a must try! Sanj fulfilled every song request and was great at explaining the drinks menu
Absolutely rude. Previous management was great bunch but the new staff requires 'customer service training 101'. Will not be back again, there is couple of similar places nearby, go there instead, and enjoy yourself because you won't do so at Prince of Wales at Richmond.
Came here to watch the ufc and was absolutely accommodated to the fullest. Staff made a table inside and was checking always to make sure our every request was fulfilled. Lovely place will definitely be coming back again
Best pub ever If you like UFC or boxing world fights it's the place to be. Burgers menu here is 20/10 for taste Fern and his crew do whatever they can to make sure that your happy. New management, better than the old ones
If you want a place where everything just works out, you want to head to the Prince Of Wales. Sanj I have to give extra credit, she knows how to pour any cocktail your heart desires! I can not fault the customer service here! As Sanj puts it, “here at Prince of Wales, we aim to please” We’ll definitely be back!!
The drinks were hella nice, place was clean and well-kept and the music was great! Easy to reach and find with friendly staff. Staff Was a wonderful night out!
Uncomfortable. Do not be deceived by the trendy outside and the aesthetically pleasing interior. The design of the menu is absolutely horrific and just trying to look cool and as for the contents of the menu itself: I would recommend going there for a drink with mates and bet your savings away don’t do that please but as for eating in I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND to go there if you want an outing with friends or family, there are scarce amount of food and not a large variety except burgers and snagz.
Certainly needed an upgrade, & is now offering a much better experience for a beer & sports watching pub! Friendly staff is a plus.
Prince of Wales has undergone the biggest 180 from what it used to be, place is up and about and the staff are so upbeat and genuinely excited to have you as a guest. Food quality is also a genuine surprise.
Wonderful food and service from all. Made us feel very welcome. Would 100% be coming back again. Thank you to the fella in the pink shirt, you were amazing!!
