I had the pleasure of working with Prime sometime back. Professional, concise, responsive, and pleasant. My main contact's skills at profiling me was impeccable as I was placed in an amazing position with a phenomenal team and I sincerely enjoyed the work. Job hunting can be stressful at times, but with a recruiter like Prime that process made me regret not reaching out sooner. I'm sorry it took me so long to write this review.

Disgusted Edit: no confusion at all. You yourself Craig advised your client who was your mate not to pay your candidate. No, I don’t think all agencies are the same as Prime Recruitment because I haven’t had this bad experience with any other agencies. Potential candidates need to BE AWARE that you’ll happily through them under the bus if it keeps your commission coming in!  The job description did not match what the candidate was being asked to do. You were advised that position wasn’t what was described. All onboarding docs were through Prime Recruitment and after only 2 days, the candidate went back to Prime Recruitment to advise will not be returning. Employment was not abandoned because the employer was advised the candidate would not be returning. Yes Craig, you did advise YOUR client not to pay the candidate for hours completed and YES your client was a mate. Fact remains that you Craig were complicit in this unfair treatment. Future candidates need to be aware about Prime Recruitment.

I arrived in Perth, Western Australia from New Zealand on 28/07/2022.  After two weeks holiday in Perth, I needed to find employment. So I decided to go with a Recruitment Agency to make the process less stressful. I found Prime Recruitment on Facebook, advertising jobs close to where I reside.  I emailed an introduction to Prime Recruitment on 16/08/2022 for a job they advertised on Facebook. Jocelyn Pflaum, one of Prime Recruitments Resourcer people replied back. I filled out the application forms for Prime Recruitment on 17/08/2022.  I was interviewed by Jocelyn on 18/08/2022 for the job they had advertised on Facebook. Unfortunately the position had been filled. l won't lie, l was feeling discouraged and a little down that day, but the next day Jocelyn rang me on 19/08/2022 for another job opportunity which I started with, on a part-time basis, that day. I then started as a permanent casual at that company on 22/09/2022 until 28/10/2022.  I was prepared to take on any job just for employment, but a few things that stood out for me when dealing with Jocelyn: - her courteous and professional manner, - her train of thought such as; *don't settle for anything less, *find employment to match your skills, *know your worth, - her approach to how quickly she found me employment, - our contact on a regular basis, and - her empathy around my health & wellbeing.  I considered Jocelyn Pflaum to be my guardian angel. It was an absolute pleasure to have her as my Recruitment Resourcer, and because of her, I have now been made permanent fulltime with the company as of 31.10.22. I was struggling with finding a proper office job in 2021 and Craig trusted me and gave me the opportunity to work as a temp staff for one of his client after I applied to one of his job ad on Seek. The job was a life saver for me back then and I ended up being offered a full time role from that client after working for them over 2 months. I have now worked for that same company for over a year and I appreciated every single bit this role has taught me. I highly recommend Craig and Prime Recruitment's service. As long as you have the right mindset and willing to put the effort in to skill up yourself, you will find the support invaluable.

I really recommend Courtney at prime recruitment she was so helpful nothing was to much to do to help me.she done everything she could to keep me in the work force and she done it in a very professional manner. Wont apply through this agency anymore thats for sure spoke to Courtney in the Perth office and her tone sounded like she didn't want nothing to do with my resume. Yes I've been out of work for awhile so probably alot of people and my resume was updated and im working doing something completely different but want warehousing work she sounded rude. What do applications say an eye for detail and she has a nerve to tell me to update my resume read them properly its bad enough people are struggling has it is and yes with my experience I should have some so.ething by now agencies are ruining this country and she hung up abruptly.

Jocelyn was very prompt and Professional. The position marketed was real and provided genuine opportunity.
