Rude staff, I would never go back there again!  was disgusted at the way I was treated! Every thing that I have purchased from here has broken! Do not go there unless you want to waste your money and time

Thank you to the staff at Prime Alternatives for their professional service and the care taken with my order.  Their customer service was friendly , happy to help and our experience was top class. 

The knowledge and information they passed through to myself and my partner was paramount to making the right decision on our massage beds and other items - sheets, oils, trolley, carry bags.  

Their after sales follow up and quality products enabled us to provide the service and equipment for our customers.

Look forward to returning for more items in the near future.  Thank you Prime

I used to think this pace was great and the staff were friendly, the only downside would have been the drive to Clayton south. A friend bought me a massage table as a birthday present from Prime Alternatives and within 3-4 months the table was squeaking  and wobbling. I took it to Prime alternatives for repair and they were so so terrible to deal with, incredibly rude and Bullies. This saga dragged on for months and in the end I had to seek the help of Consumer affairs Victoria who advised them to replace the table. I will never shop there again.  I also have a massage table trolley from PA and the quality is also terrible, the first time I put my table on it one of the screws that hold the straps into place popped out. By no means am I rough with my work gear but after 7 months of having the trolley one of the wheels has fallen of. Don't waste your money or time with these guys.

went in today they had a great range, low prices, staff are super nice and helpful didnt try to press the sale of any thing already recommending to friends in the industry... thanks guys
