Dr Patel did an excellent job with my teeth after my car accident. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs great dental work. I have recommended him to my family. He has now treated me and my family for cleaning, whitening, fillings, braces and veneers and we couldn’t be more happier.
Excellent service. Dr. Patel and Dr. Shruti are knowledgeable, accomodating and calm and easy to deal with. The reception staff is also very friendly and professional. I would recommend friends and others to for dental services.
Highly recommend primary dental, not only were they extremely professional and friendly. This clinic dealt with mental health and fear around the dentist so incredibly well, they were extremely considerate and understanding. Hatice behind the front desk was so helpful and caring, they not only care about your teeth but you overall well-being. Added bonus they offer afterpay which is so helpful considering the ever-growing cost of living.
The receptionist is the most amazing friendly lady I ever come across at a dental / medical centre. Dr Patel is so awesome he is gentle and calm. He explains everything really well and is understanding and compassionate to your personal circumstances. I will Never go any where else.
Excellent Dental Services were provided to me by Dr Chandreshkumar Patel. He is a very capable and skilled dentist; is very gentle and is transparent about pricing. I have followed this dentist because of the great technical ability he has and because he is such a clear and open communicator.
Went to Primary Dental and had Marcus Leong as my dentist for my check up, clean and to consult about my wisdom teeth coming through. The whole appointment was a nice and easy experience. All the staff was friendly and nice! All the equipment is well kept and clean at the clinic. Marcus was careful and patience with me during the whole appointment. Both him and his assistant were welcoming and professional which made me feel comfortable throughout the whole appointment. Would 100% recommend this place to my friends and family if they ever needed a place to go for dental!
This place has been my "go to" Dentist for years now, it's always easy, on time, also won't cost you an arm and a leg to see a Dentist. They made my partner feel comfortable. Despite the fact she is insanely afraid of dentists, she still came out with a positive experience. Prices used to be cheaper when I first started coming here, but I'm not going to complain considering they were VERY cheap before. Now they're at a good price. Here's to hoping they stay that way. Afterpay and zip pay offered is also very handy for those that need treatment now but can't pay it all at once Strongly recommend
Sent my daughter for a check up, she was advised there were issues to fix, went for a second opinion the following day and was told there were no problems…
This place is by far the best dentist I have been to. All the staff were extremely kind and helpful, from the receptionist, to the nurse, and of course my dentist. I would strongly recommend this practice, and especially Dr Leong who calmed my nerves and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Amazing service, would definitely recommend!
This dental practice has been the most professional and a pleasure to attend. They are caring and very informative and ALWAYS give you the best service. Even my Children enjoy coming to this Dentist. I would recommend this Dentist practice to everyone. Dr Patel is the most gentle Dentist that you actually don't feel any pain. If you are putting off in going to see the Dentist...this is the Dentist to see especially for your health and well being.
