Have been a regular customer here for quite a while and it wasn’t up until recently that I found the customer service declining due to a certain staff member who is just unaccommodating and unfriendly. I have always loved the staff here but this one lady has just changed my overall experience on shopping here which is really poor in my opinion as I believe she may also be the manager/owner. Will no longer be supporting them which is sad as all other staff here are extremely kind and helpful.
Wonderful Pharmacy, friendly staff. So useful having the Reminder Texts sent to you when scripts are ready. The staff are so helpful and having them organised a Webster Pack each month, makes the process a lot easier when taken multiple medications.
The owner of Priceline in Warragul is a greedy, despicable human who has no honor or respect for loyal costumers who spend hundreds of dollars a month in their store however its a great pleasure to know that people reap what they sew and karma always wins in the end.
Some pharmacists can be helpful - their service has improved a lot since years back, but general staff are rather unhelpful. They don't know much about their own promotions which are advertised and keep a customer waiting for an extremely long time, having to ask 3-4 staff and still not coming up with an answer. They fail to follow through with promises eg do NOT call back customer when they say they will. Many staff are casual school kids who hardly know anything and there to make a quick buck and have no knowledge about products etc. Some of the staff cab be rather snobbish and are often busy chatting amongst themselves!!! Very disappointing service and expect a long wait!

I rang Priceline Warragul to arrange a Covid jab, spoke to Montana who was outstanding ........polite, patient, very professional, I could not have asked for better.
Great place, they stock all the main makeup brands that are really popular, and the skin care brands also, really helpful having prineline in town instead of going down towards the city or towards Moe to be able to find the makeup that I need, always friendly helpful staff, I can always find the makeup, skin care, hair care, and all over beauty products that I need at this place, really great
Charged $12 more for my cholesterol medication than other chemists in Warragul. I won’t go back.
The staff are always will to help you out, and have good knowledge of products.
