Absolutely terrible service for medication despense. No estrogen and refuse to order the alternative in, and cannot dispense my vyvance as won't give to me 3 days early as I am going away on break, although they have done previously. Cannot even use their other chemist service at town square because it's always closed. There are no alternatives except to drive in to mackay to get caring and professional service.
Totally disgusted in the actions of the so called manager there today.nWas looking at the mark down cosmetics which where between 2 display stands, she came up and asked if I needed help my reply was no thank you I'm just looking, she then went to the otherside of me pretending to be fixing the shelves, I walked down to check out the Sally Hansen nail polished she came near me again pretending again to fix the shelves I was feeling uncomfortable so I proceeded to the checkout area, put my items on the bench, paid for the items as I was paying for the items she came around the checkout and proceeded to watch me with eagle eyes, the other lady whom served me forgot to give me a receipt so I asked for one, the lady whom was eagle eyeing me then walked near another shelf near the exist and proceeded to watch me again I felt as she was ready to pounce assuming I shop lifted, she then watched as I walked out most likely hoping the alarm went offnI am indigenous and she was Asian, I felt like scum just being in the store went outside called them spoke to a young person whom informed me she does that to indigenous people, I sat in my car and broke down crying, cried over the phone when speaking to this young person at priceline then came home broke down to my partner.. I felt humiliated to the max...
I love going into Priceline and seeing Tania .She’s more than happy to serve you .nothing is any trouble . She has no idea how much she is appreciated ..I hope she never leaves . I think she’s just the best .more than helpful . I love our quick chats .she has no idea they actually get me threw the day .Thank you Tania don’t you dare ever leave .lol.
Super friendly staff and makes you feel comfortable. I never feel embarrassed about asking the pharmacist any questions. Feel super lucky to have that in a small town.
The best pharmacy service in all of Queensland by far, lovely people and quick service.
