Awful customer service.nnThis afternoon, the eftpos machines in Priceline wouldn’t accept my Apple Pay. I tried two different cards with no success. When I asked the lady at the counter I later found out that this lady was the store manager if it was possible to put the one item I was purchasing through the other register, I was made to feel like a hindrance.nnAfter reluctantly transferring me to the next register/chasier, my apple pay still wouldn't work. I asked the new cashier if we could enter my details into the eftpos machine manually. From the other/previous register, the store manager abruptly chimes in, full of attitude “we could, if you had your card”. I explained, that wouldn't be a problem. Although I didn't have my physical card, my card pops up in my phone with all the details. She then went onto say they still couldn't do it. I confronted her, asking why she changed her mind and explained, it seemed as though she initially only offered to put it through manually, thinking if I didn't have my card my physical card, there would be no other way to do it. Shocked that I had called her out, she turned to the new cashier and asked her to put it through manually.nnAs I left, I asked the lady if she was the store manager. Again, she responded full of attitude, as if she were wearing her arrogance like a medal on her chest. She let me know, she was in fact the store manager. She give me her name and asked if I wanted the number to make a complaint. It seemed as if, it was no real worry to her. I let her know, that I would be leaving a google review.nnThis was an extremely disappointing experience. Not the fact, the eftpos machine wasn't working but how I was treated and by the store manager, of all people. I can only hope, the store owner addresses this and no one else has to endure such an experience from the store manager or any other staff members at Priceline Byford.

Kevin and his team are just wonderful caring people. Always get fast efficient service with a smile no matter how busy they are....love Priceline Byford.
Fantastic service and friendly staff. Kevin is so good. Actually cares for his patients and customers. Knowledgeable and always willing to go that little bit further to satisfy. All these things are very rare nowadays.
Always the best advice, great product knowledge fast service and the friendliest people ever
