I was told when purchasing a product that I could return for a full refund as long as I kept the receipt…. Just went to return the unopened product with the receipt and was told I cannot return it!! Really disappointed as I spend so much money here!!! Will go to chemist warehouse from now on!
Everything is covered in sticky tape and ridiculously sticky security tags. I get it, they must have a huge theft rate. But those of us who don’t steal things are left to pay for items that are left eternally sticky or damaged because of it. They even open boxes and put the sticky tape etc on items inside, like handles of makeup brushes. And the sticky residue doesn’t come off. So now your makeup brush or whatever eternally has a sticky residue right where you want to hold onto it. So annoying. I actively avoid this store now, I’ve had this issue too many times.
I had such a positive experience in store today, with the Lovely, helpful & very happy Grace. I highly recommend this chemist for products & excellent service…
Check.Your.Prices! In the past have been caught out paying full RRP for PBS. I would fore-check I had the right script and the right detail, but somehow when I got to counter I was RRP'd, requiring the whole process to start again. Also in the past I have been caught out paying wayyyy over the odds for some RRP items, which is just plain rude! In the future I hope to avoid this store. T
Great bargains, and have a "SISTER CLUB CARD- POINTS FOR PURCHASES', HAS EVERYTHING A CHEMIST Would HAVE and more eg- perfumes- males/females..etc. GREAT PRICES, POO IN AND GRAB A CATALOGUE FOR "SPECIALS"..
Just visited and loved the excellent customer service I received from Grace. She patiently assisted me in selecting a beautiful essential oil for my diffuser. She had a smile on her face all the time. :
Slower than a snail, took forever just to tell me they don't have whatever I need, then the chemist informed me to use an EXPIRED ventolin puffer on a 4 year old.
Longest wait time I’ve ever experienced in a pharmacy. Bad customer service.
As long tern customer of this great pharmacy was appalled that no hand sanitiser provided for customers entering shop. When I asked it was suggested that I buy some! Given that many people visit the pharmacy when they are unwell seems that Priceline not meeting their reponsibilities at this difficult time.
This wasn’t my usual pharmacy but I originally came here because it was close to my work, but now I go back regularly for cosmetics awesome range and very good prices and pharmaceutical needs as the staff have always been attentive and helpful, more than in any other pharmacy I’ve been to, whether it’s about makeup, prescriptions and OTCs, or aeroplane compression socks! No-one hassles you if you’re just having a look, but they’re right there when you need a hand.
