I have found the staff to always be friendly and helpful. They even took my details and contacted me a couple weeks after an enquiry to let me know they finally had in stock a product I had been waiting for.
I have booked a vaccination on Monday at 8am, but despite the booking confirmation, the opening hours clearly written on google and in front of the pharmacy we have been waiting there until 8:30 because “they” have been decided to open 30 minutes later and at the end the vaccine was even not available.
Where have all the good staff gone? Used to have chirpy staff that greets and assists you, now everyone is miserable. New management I assume? Don’t go to this pharmacy, chemist warehouse is only a few doors down.
Great service and willingness to help from the male pharmacist today. I got stuck without a way to inject my medicationI’m away from home and he generously gave me what I needed for low cost. Nothing too much trouble. The store is new, moved from across the road. Well stocked and has some competitive specials.
Just want to say a big thanks to Sophie. What a delightful attentive young lady, her help and care did not go unnoticed.
11/10/22 - check out staff at around 9am was grumpy and acts like she's doing you a favour with absolutely no knowledge of products she's selling. No smiles, no greetings, deliberately ignores you and rolls her eyes when you ask questions. Management needs to reevaluate.

The team at this branch are super helpful and willing to go out of their way to help you. The lady pharmacist watches your medications and today fast tracked my booster due to planned medical treatment next week. Even though they are part of a bigger chain this group just wants to do their best and care. Couldn’t be more happy.
Very friendly service and eager to help. Was looking for post op dressings and lovely Thai lady provided good advice on dressings and what I should be using. Most just point and leave you to it. Will recommend for that.
