The staff is very helpful and understanding. I have been coming here for all my prescriptions and non prescription medicines for years.
Went to get a knee guard the lady was hopeless and wouldn't help me or any one else just stood behind the counter in her doc Martin big boots and foldered her arms and said can't help anyone.
Well presented pharmacy and well stocked. Busy but staff always seem to keep things moving and under control. Staff are pleasant and always helpful. Well done, keep up the good work.
I received amazing customer service from the ladies on the registers today. Regretfully I attended the shops without a mask and I headed to Priceline. Unfortunately they were out of stock for sale but gave me one of theirs at no charge. Very compassionate, thank you!
two weeks ago on a tue afternoon just before 6pm, need some help to direct me to the eyedrop area, a lazy female staff just nod her head and said ' over there' but where the hell is over there'a nyway i walked over and of course i don't know which brand i need to get as my husband has red eyes. she totally ignored me and just didn't bother at all, i turned around and said to her, so much for your unapproacherble lady, ugly and bad manners, is she races??? i am brown skin, finally she started to walked toward me but i just walkout and said i will never come back there again. Train your staffs well please.. bad customer service... gosh...

Great Service from Mark in the pescriptions section. He went well above and beyond for me yesterday, sitting on hold to a Goverment contact centre to answer a query whilst he let me head out and finish my chores. He called me later that evening to let me know he had sorted out the issue and sent me an email with the details. Amazing service, Priceline will certainly be my go to place for all my Chemist needs in the future.
Extremely unprofessional service in the prescription section. Any way I don't think they care at all about all these reviews. I have been a regular customer for the last 5 years. Recently because of my mum health issues I needed to go to this pharmacy more than what I normally visit. I felt because I am from subcontinent they treated me as I am illiterate. I don't understand just with simple seretide, Ventolin, thyroxine, iron tablets you can't provide a smooth service, what do you do who are on Webster pack. Shame , shame never will come back to this chemist, any way I was having this feeling few years back but did not take that seriously. Clearly whoever the Chinese looking fair ladies back in the prescription section should be replaced ASAP. Just does not have basic idea about customer service. Bye bye have fun with 0 star. Well all I understand nothing is going to be changed. God damn can't even post without 1 star, but this is actually 0 star.
I went in to fill my scripts as usual. They are kept at the pharmacy. Half an hour later I returned to collect and The young lady there told me one script was out of stock. I said, well, what do I do now as I have only three tablets left. She gave me my script and said maybe you could hunt around other pharmacies and see who has them. I THOUGHT THIS IS WHEN CUSTOMER SERVICE KICKS IN AND YOU GO OVER AND OBOVE FOR THE CUSTOMER AND DO JUST THAT. FIND WHO ELSE HAS THE PRODUCT. You dont sent the customer off just because you now dont have it in stock. Shame on you. Your service is going down the drain. The young lady who served me, I have not seen before, must be fairly new. SHAME, SHAME, SHAME.
The staff in here are quite friendly. Makes me feel better about shopping here when I need a few medicines or other products. Prices are reasonable. When they have sales, you can really save quite a bit of money. They treat people with kindness and smiles. Nice to see this! You don't see that much anymore in this world.
