I have to say what wonderful customer service I received off Deb.. i mistakenly thought I hadn’t received my new script. She went above and beyond searching the computer for my history of scripts . Because it was a new tablet and came in a different container, I thought the one I was given was my husband’s. She found the bottle and when I saw it, I realised what had happened. She helped me solve my problem with care and patience. What a wonderful employee.nRegardsnSandra Niblett
Staff are inconceivably rude. We wanted to grab a packet of Advil quickly and decided to check Priceline first. However they have all the painkillers behind the pharmacy counter rather than just on a shelf. There were 4 staff serving prescription customers. Not wanting to push in, we just waited behind a few customers who had much longer orders. I was discussing with my husband about which packet to get not far from the lady who was just about to serve us so for sure she realise we only needed something behind the counter. All of a sudden, just as it was about to be our turn, the 4 staff working one by one disappeared leaving only the lady standing directly in front of us. At this point she didn’t have a customer anymore and knew all I wanted was to grab a packet of Advil. Instead, she continues to do her paperwork, looking up after 2-3 minutes and saying I’ll be just a minute in a dismissive manner. Few more minutes passed and we thought it was getting past the point of ridiculous. We just wanted to come in and grab a packet quickly. Instead we’ve been here for 10 minutes and still no service. So we walked out and grabbed it from Woolies. I don’t think I’ve had this bad of customer service at a pharmacy ever. Not sure if it’s because we weren’t over the age of 50, which gave us a worse treatment from the seniors that lined up before us but it’s certainly not okay!
The staff are professional and caring. I've always received great service. Had my annual flu shot, quick and as usual, no pain. Definitely my preferred chemist.
Just got home on the Island after shopping at Priceline Pharmacy Bribie Island, and being served by their lovely Pharmacy Assistant Hazel - what a beautiful person and credit to the Priceline Pharmacy on Bribie Island.nnHaving a serious issue with my hair, Hazel - drawing from her previous experience and that at Priceline Pharmacy - advised and encouraged me to use some of their products that are healing and restoring my hair & scalp to full health.nnIn 5 minutes Hazel solved a medical issue I have experienced for years! The products I purchased costing only $5 each !!!nnI wish there was 11 stars - out of 11 - that i could give this Pharmacy, and Hazel.nnThank You Hazel, and Thank You Priceline Pharmacy Bribie. Travelled here from WA to visit my Family and did not bring all my required medication a couple of days short.nDropped in to Priceline and received some magic Customer Service from Tamara who advised me in what to do as I did not have an electronic script and required some assistance from my pharmacy in WA. Emails, messages and phone calls had and my script was filled “no issues” and hassle free, with my return the next day to see Tamara again, who said we have this ready for you…nAwesome job Tamara and Priceline Bribie, awesome.nSteve Navy Veteran
