Danielle is really knowledgeable and helpful. She was trying to find a piece of art for us to buy on the day, instead of custom order before Christmas. She went out of her way to call numerous locations and the warehouse. Really appreciated her efforts.

Found this place by stumbling across it whilst on a walk for the day. Much bigger than expected with some really interesting types of artwork in many sizes, at brilliant prices. I have not added a photo as it's worth a look to see what artwork you like personally. The staff were responsive and happy to assist, I will be back to make a purchase once I get the dimension for the artwork I want fitting my new bedroom space. Check it out!
Excellent customer service! Daniella helped us find amazing pieces for our home, she was very attentive to what we were after and was lovely to chat with. We will definitely be back!!
The painting quality came out really great and looks exactly like how it appears on their website. I had ordered the painting online, and it was shipped the very next day. Their customer service is really friendly. I ordered the wrong painting by mistake and when I asked them to change the painting a day after I had placed my order, they happily obliged. I just feel that they can probably consider changing their logistics partner. The painting took about a week to arrive and was kept near my front door without them having bothered to ring the doorbell!
For such a large venue there was only one floor staff available which made it hard to seek assistance if they needed to duck between the register, answering phones or speaking with other customers. Aside from that the variety of art left us spoilt for choice and the space was easy to navigate and we'll maintained.
Jan Houston Can not speak highly enough of John at the city store. He went over and above what we expected until we were happy with the canvas oil painting we had chosen. His customer service and politeness is excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Will definately deal with him again when looking for out next canvas and recommend him to our friends. Well done John.

Firstly can i say a massive thank you to John from Priceless Art, who went above and beyond what i expect from customer service. He and Priceless Art have fantastic attitude and understand the wants from customers to get that perfect piece to fit in the house. Great paintings and prices, will never shop anywhere else for art. I don't like to leave bad reviews but... my Aboriginal canvases were stretched by Priceless Art in February now taken off the stretcher bars and re-stretched professionally elsewhere. They wrapped parts of the paintings on sides obviously used incorrect stretcher bars, damaging parts of the canvas in the proces, did not tension them correctly and used strings instead of wires and did not even tension those either. No wonder that they charged me upfront! I would have never paid for the service otherwise. Stay clear of the place if you want your art to be looked after, stretched and displayed correctly. The business still claims they had done the job right and refuses to issue a refund. The matter has now been referred to Consumer and Business Services in SA.
