On the 5/12/2017 my wife and I called into look at hair straighteners for our daughter for Christmas. We were served buy a young woman, we asked her for a specific brand of straightener that our daughter had asked us for, we were told that these straighteners were not that good and showed us another brand. This particular straightener seemed pretty good and we asked the girl if it wasn't what our daughter wanted or wasn't suitable could we get a refund as it was $270.00. The girl said that was fine and we need to hang onto our receipt. Well the straightener wasn't suitable and today 30/12/2017 my wife and daughter went into town to get the refund we were told we could have only to be told by a rude older woman that this wasn't possible that they don't give refunds. My wife explained that it was a Christmas present that it wasn't suitable and it hadn't been used, the packaging was in perfect condition and could have been resold without a problem. My wife asked why then wouldn't she give us the refund we were told we could have and all she would say is "we don't refund". I understand if the box it came in was damaged or it had been used but none of these had happened. Now we have a very expensive item with no chance of anyone using it. Sorry about the rant but I'm very peeved off. If you read this please make sure that what you buy from this store is exactly what your after. We will NEVER shop at any of the Price Cutters stores again.

I went to this salon over the course of two days. From the start to the finish the old lady at the counter was incredibly rude, I think she should be ashamed of herself, she sickened me. The hairdresser, when I came in the next day for a cut, flipped my hair roughly and violently to the side, and said: THERE YOU GO! HAPPY?! These people are nothing short of abhorrent. I am warning anyone who reads this, do NOT go here. Shame. Not to mention it looks like the right side of my hair is longer than the left! These people are miserable and plain rude.
