Absolutely SHOCKING. My mother had a haircut, which I admit was nice, although there were the occasional cluster of hairs which were longer. Admittedly, on New Years Eve we returned to the store at 3pm (they closed 5pm) - only having her hair done yesterday afternoon - to be greeted by an apprentice who says she cannot fix the hair as she is not qualified to do so, understandable. She was unsympathetic to the situation and was unable to answer why there was no qualified hair dresser on the floor. The apprentice got the manager on the phone who then requested to speak to my mother directly. You would not believe how she spoke to my mother! Saying “Your hair cut was perfect, don’t complain; Too bad; should have come in earlier; come back Tuesday”, my mother explained we did not have an opportunity to come earlier and we are returning home on Tuesday. With no resolution we left. The hairdresser a few doors up was dumbfounded by the story.

I stumbled in, desperate for something for my wild curly hair. They didn't have my regular styling product but they recommended something else which has given me even better results. Compared to another outfit at North Lakes (which shall remain nameless) these girls totally rock. Will be back. Thank you.

Danielle does a fabulous job ever time. She is always happy friendly and always exceptional in her abilities as a hairdresser. Danielle is what keeps me coming back every time.
