Wasn't busy and have space to sit down and enjoy our freshly made Pretzels. Friendly staff and quality treats. Sitting area needs little attention as it was not cleaned.

A great pretzel place in Westfield!! Service is fast.  Conveniently located on the 1st floor, next to Starbucks.

Saw a queue so thought it must be worth trying ……. Oh I was wrong ! Not a pretzel at all ! The  Pretzel dog is Probably  one of the most disgusting overpriced things I have ever tasted, never again!  it’s more of a donut dough that’s shaped around a cheap economy hotdog and the “pretzels “ are the same dough with a variation of toppings , rude staff and overpriced. also if you require a small paper bag it  is 30p to carry it away if you don’t try it and bin it immediately .

I thought I'd try a pretzel dog. I wasn't given any sauces or how I might like my pretzel dog...sweet? Sesame? I also bought a hot cinnamon sugar that was given to me fresh and warm almost 15 minutes before I wasn given my dry pretzel dog. Sadly overpriced at £10.45 for both. I'll be going to Bunsik for a Corndog at twice the flavour and  size and a lot cheaper. I thought I'had enough to say bit no. I will reiterate OVERPRICED. I ate a corndog that takes less than a £1 to make and I'm being generous. I just ate the exact same as a medium poor quality hotdog you get in a jar. Dough can be made.

I decided to actually wait 5-7 minutes for a pretzel dog which is a joke, but then they said their card machine doesnt do contactless payment. They asked if I had card or cash. Sorry but I use my phone for payment these days and dont carry around my physical wallet. Loss of business over sheer stupidity.

Visited Westfield on a busy Saturday afternoon and fancied a stop for Mr Pretzels. My partner got a nutella pretzel which was a pretzel with melted nutella ladled over it £3.95. And i got the cinnamon sugar pretzel bites 4.95 and a latte £2.50.  The counter is busy with quite a lot of people working in a small space. They do not wear dace masks but wore the plastic screen headgear. There was sanitiser readily available at the cohnter and socual distancing stickers in place while queuing, although yhe 2 till points are still close together.  The pretzels were consistently good, although the bites could have been chopped up better -there were big clumps of the pieces that were stuck together.  The latte was tasty as a basic latte goes.  Staff are not the friendliest but they do sem tired considering how busy the kiosk is!

Love the pretzels especially the cinnamon. Fast service even with the long queue.

My kids love cinnamon bites and that what they always ask her for whenever visiting Westfield. It is their favourite. Never had any issues. The staff can be more friendlier and welcoming towards customers and it will be great.

Really wanted a savioury snack, and that was the perfect option for me

I love Mr. Pretzels but the inconsistency in the amount of pretzel bites you get is ridiculous. I might go one day and get a small amount. I might go the next day and get a decent portion. I don't understand why they haven't come up with a better measuring system for the bites. The service can be hit or miss at times. Certainly not enough smiling faces when you place your order. Apart from the portion size issue and the wobbly service the pretzels are delicious when made fresh. Ive yet to have a bad batch of pretzels from them but I also make sure my order is made fresh. Let's face it, if I'm paying almost 5 pounds for baked bread it better be fresh.
