There's only one star because you can't post a no star review. The worst retail experience ever. Do not deal with Danielle if you expect any semblance of responsible trading, customer service or honesty. I brought several items to be put on consignment in this shop. Danielle, the owner, was very chatty and explained how it works 50:50 for designer items, 40:60 for non-designer. She seemed reliable so I left the items with her. At the initial contact she said I’d need to contact her at the 3 month mark as she couldn’t keep all stock due to space limitations. At the 3 month mark I called and called with no answer. Her answering machine says to email and she'll reply within 48 hours. Which I did, and I've never received an answer. After 2 weeks, repeated emails and unanswered phone calls, I visited the shop only to be brushed off with the promise of resolving the issue in another 2 weeks. I didn’t mind whether items were unsold, I wanted either my items or the money. It took another few weeks of me intensively making phone calls, emails and messages to recover the items and the money owed to me. In that time, Danielle tried to deflect and delay with a variety of tactics including personal illness, being busy and blaming customers for not paying their lay-bys. The final blow was that Danielle never mentioned up front that she’d take the credit card surcharge off my share of the sale price. Low blow. Deal with this woman at your own risk.
Do not do business with this lady - Danielle Payne. She owes us over $500 from selling our items back in April 2016, she has made every excuse under the sun not to pay. Apparently she has now moved but hasn't told the people who she owes money to - she calls these people "non genuine customers". Go figure, what does that mean????
Would give zero stars if I could. Worst customer service I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Do not leave anything of value with them for sale without payment upfront... you will end up being a victim.
NO STAR FOR THIS SHOP. TOOOOOOO BAD ~~~DON'T EVER USE THIS SHOP, UNABLE TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK .IT'S SUCH A DISASTER AND HASSEL FOR ME, DON'T RISK IT
