Preston Law is one of the largest law firms in Regional Queensland. Established in 1991, we have been solving legal problems for the people of Cairns for almost three decades.

It is with pleasure I write this review to thank Preston Law and namely Penny Johnson for the outstanding service. I never thought in my life I would have the need to use a Solicitor for my financial and personal  affairs but alas life had other plans. Upon asking around and undertaking some research I was recommended to approach Preston law for their quality service and positive reviews. Penny Johnson was able to lift the fog from my world of woes and step me through the process which lay ahead. Penny made it all seem so easy, taking the reigns and keeping me up to date on how everything was progressing. Penny Laws did our conveyance and it was an excellent experience.  She did a great job – approximately 200 acre farm property so lots of complexities which Penny dealt with as they arose and we got an excellent outcome.  She handled all the intricacies. She’s very good to discuss the minor details with and she handled them all with a minimum of fuss.  Full of praise for the service that was rendered.  

Preston Law provided, in our minds, an outstanding service and we had utter confidence in their ability to deal with all the complexities of the conveyancing of a farm and did it very well and with an excellent outcome.

Preston Law handled the conveyancing when I purchased my property in 2015.  All the paperwork including searches and all attendant legal documentation was taken care of by Danielle and the process was made so easy.  Buying and selling a house is one of the  most stressful events in a person’s life and this process was made so easy for me.  It was actually enjoyable.  I would not hesitate to recommend this firm to any one.

We had the pleasure of working with Amanda Langtree from Preston Law regarding employment contracts.

During our meetings we found Amanda very approachable, friendly, knowledgeable and informative.
The time frame in which we received our new contracts was very efficient.
I have since called Amanda for advice on other matters and she is always happy to assist.

Martin was always precise, clear, and always advised of the next step and out options.  He was a great communicator and made sure Dad and I both understood everything.  He was very supportive and I feel he gave us 15%.
