Bought a Jayco RM19.1. We are very happy with it and there is nothing we don't like. Also getting an economical 9.2 litres per 100 kms. Had a few issues such as vehicle and house batteries and teething problems. Couldn't speak more highly of John the manager and his team in the service centre. They are always very accommodating and go the extra mile. Thankyou John and team for providing such good service. Regards Brendan

Faye and I bought new van from Geelong jayco in august 2023 we have been extremely happy with all the communication and service we have had from them we left 10 days ago for a trip to qld and on our stop at parkes nsw we realised we had problems with kitchen tap leaking so we couldn't use we contacted jayco Geelong and spoke to Emma who was extremely helpful she contacted jayco dubbo and we were booked in the next morning for a new tap to be replaced which was done and we were on our way Emma went above and beyond for us and followed up several times a true credit to prestige jayco Geelong regards terry
