Rang the Service Dept yesterday and spoke with Sarah, asking about a problem we had with the pop-up roof on our Jayco Expanda, and she suggesting dropping in as we were on our way from Pt Lonsdale to Lake Colac.nnDropped in, had our problem diagnosed in 5 minuted by Doug ... I realise that it is close to Easter and caravan service departments are absolutely flat out at the moment but within 60 mins our 4 gas struts were replaced, and fitted, and we were on our way.nnWhat absolutely wonderful service ... cannot recommend Prestige Jayco Geelong enough!!nnThanks so much Doug, Sarah and the Team at Prestige Jayco.

He was always available for questions and support while we were learning to navigate our new motorhome . Also a thank you to Leigh who took the time to go over some of the functions that we weren’t confident with after our first trip. Many thanks guys. Your support is really appreciated.
We are devastated to learn our brand new StarCraft Bush pack is no longer a bush pack. We left a deposit chose our colours and extras. We found out only weeks before delivery that we would not have an electric awning, after purchasing an awning cradle kit. We only found out when the van was delivered that it no longer has checker platting on the sides. Prestige Jayco has not accommodated the van we agreed and purchased at the caravan show. We are so lost on what to do, pick up is Monday and Jayco have told us its just bad luck, sorry. Prestige Jayco said that Jayco do this a lot and they did not know about the changes. So devastated and upset our dream caravan that we saved up for is not the van we purchased.
Service Manager, John Robinson, helped us remotely. We were in trouble and he saved us. We are so grateful. Thanks John.nJohn & Anne Hayden
Whilst travelling Victoria we had a couple of minor questions regarding the operation our Jayco Conquest motor home.nJayco Geelong Service were most helpful & answered willingly.
