I'm so glad that I found Rob and Premium Automotive! After years of going from mechanic to mechanic who were only too happy to rip off a young female with minimal knowledge of the inner workings of a car, Premium Automotive was such a breath of fresh air. Rob is a really honest and genuine guy and who would never make you pay for more than what's needed. He is kind and professional, and explains the requirements of a service/repair in a language that I can understand. I've been taking my car to Premium Automotive for over 7 years now and would never consider taking it anywhere else.

We needed a new secondhand car. Not only did the team at Premium Automotive recommend a vehicle, but they also got us the best price and gave it a good look over to ensure it was in brilliant condition. The service was exceptional. The experience and professionalism of the team is most definitely invaluable. We most certainly will be returning for our services in the future.

Premium Automotive is THE place to take your vehicle. Rob helped check out and test drive a second hand car I was about to buy, and has been my mechanic ever since - for minor/major services, road-worthies and everything else. His customer service is second-to-none, super-reasonable prices and easily the most genuine and friendly mechanic I know! I would absolutely recommend him to everyone.

My car was due for a minor service. I stayed at the office and it was all done in 1 hour. Nathan the mechanic was good enough to tell me what may be due for the next service too. Very happy, thank you.
