I recently ordered a 12ft premier trampoline, and also had it assembled. I have to say, that it was both the quickest and easiest trampoline purchase and assembly that I've experienced - and I've had quite a few trampolines over the years. It was such a joy to have the trampoline assembled professionally and quickly, and well worth the extra cost. The trampoline itself is great quality, and even though I was slightly concerned that it wouldn't be quite big enough, after our last huge trampoline, the 12ft is more than big enough for any adult sized people who like to jump. Highly recommend!
Excellent service, and absolutely 5 star product with good price. Purchase my 8ft trampoline during Covid-19 a bit delay due to natural disaster to receive it however the premiere team always communicate and inform us.The delivery team also friendly and helpful. Easy to assemble the trampoline, for me took 2 hours Max. I highly recommended this product and my kids loved it and I wish yours too. Thank you
We ordered a replacement net a few months ago and we were so happy with the service, quality and fast delivery that we also ordered replacement spring covers. Once again the quality is great and delivery was super fast. Easy to contact customer service if you have a question too. Would highly recommend.
The friendly staff at Premier Trampolines helped me from start to finish! I am completely flabbergasted with my the amount of kindness I received from Sue - she is just so professional and amazing in everyday. My trampoline came with everything perfectly, and was super easy to assemble, even with the helpful advice from Sue.
Unbelievable delivery! I ordered it late on Thursday 12 December. It was delivered to my home in Melbourne by the owners of the company on Sunday afternoon 15th December! Special delivery to make sure it arrived in time for Christmas! We haven't set it up yet, so will update this if need be, but the company has been incredible to deal with so far :
Don't make the mistake I did and buy from Premier Trampolimes. The quality is so poor , I purchased this trampoline less than a year ago and have already had the net replaced, the base of the trampoline and the cushioning mat. The replacement mat sent has completely ripped apart. So I request a refund. Premium Trampolines have asked me to send the trampoline back from Brisbane Queensland at my own expense. Corresponding with their customer service team is frustrating and unsatisfactory with constant back and forth emails and I don't really care attitude. Save yourself the hassle
Incredibly disappointed with the product. We ordered the 8 ft trampoline. Delivery was prompt. However the trampoline was missing 11 out of 48 springs and the clamps required to attach the poles of the netting!! It is completely unusable for my daughter's birthday!! Edit: Ultimately the staff were helpful in organising to have parts sent, which did arrive in a timely manner.
Terrible experience. Trampoline was 2 weeks old and had to replace a net and surround poles! They bent in the wind! Yes the wind! The trampoline was even in a sheltered position and with its poor construction material it bent. Premier refused to honour their warranty and even made me pay for the poles. The trampoline didn't even tip. Extremely arrogant and ignorant warranty department. DON'T buy from them. Don't just take my word for it. Read other's reviews!!!
Ordered one on Friday and it arrived at my house in Brisbane on Monday morning ,the bloke I spoke to on the phone was polite and more than helpful. Great Australian business ,deserves all the support they can get
We ordered the night before Easter Friday and the trampoline was delivered at 10am the next morning! Easy to put together with two people and good instructions. Highly recommend.
