I found this car with their ad on auto trader, the pictures and description was so clear that I couldn’t resist reserving this car. Not only they dealt professionally but they actually held the car for longer than the actual time. Then once I reached on the appointment date, the car was made ready very nicely. Sam, Ray and Mat dealt with us very professionally while the car itself is in amazing condition. Throughout, the communication was clear. We test drove this car around and Sam let us test as we wanted. We were answered our questions. At last, came home happy with this amazing car
Adam & Connor where super helpful! I absolutely loved my experience with JJ cars, Adam the salesman was professional and happy to listen to any concern I had and was able to address them. Connor a car mechanic was on hand to answer technical questions I had! Really amazing guy very helpful! Definitely would recommend and buy from here again! UPDATE: They sent me a nice card in the post, very nice unexpected kind gesture!
I purchased a car from them. It wasn’t a push sale. We test driven a car unattended. It was good. Coffee refreshments available. They more into little premium car models.
Firstly - this is a truly honest dealership. Oliver was my point of contact, a very friendly chap and not anything like a pushy salesman. From beginning to end he made the experience as exciting as I expected it to be, and better. I got the car of my dreams and it was all thanks to his timely negotiation! Couldn’t be happier.
We were helped by Adam during our visit for my husbands new car, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. We didn’t feel under any pressure to commit to anything, and when it came to purchasing the vehicle he was very flexible to accommodate us, as we weren’t in a position to drive it away the same day. Overall a great service and would consider travelling to return here when the time comes to upgrade my own car
My wife and I purchased a BMW 53Oe, We dealt with both Sam and Jacob and from the minute we made the Enquiry up until collection the service was impeccable. The premises are laid out superb, I would highly recommend this used car dealership 10/10.
Bought a 430d from this company 6 months ago now, 10k miles later & I’m very happy with it! Easy deposit system to secure the car & make my journey from Manchester worthwhile. No pressure test drive, fair listing price, battery ran out of key when we got back from test drive so both batteries replaced. Good bunch, would recommend
We read some reviews beforehand and drove up from London one Saturday, but when we arrived our expectations were exceeded! The whole process from making the initial enquiry through to the actual purchase of the vehicle was seemless. Jacob and the rest of the team are very friendly, organised, knowledgeable and helpful. The car was ready in pristine condition, as advertised online, and after a quick test drive we purchased it and drove it away on the same day! Would highly recommend JJ Premium Cars!!
Purchased a car through Auto Trader, and even though the actual dealer was almost 200 miles away, Adam couldn’t help enough. Any calls made put my mind at ease. Professional through and through. The car was immaculate inside and out, and the handover took as much time as I needed. He made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase before leaving the premises. I will be returning for future car purchases!
Avoid…! Took me 7days to get hold of someone who could help, I wanted to buy 1 of 2 cars that they had for sale. 1 sold, fair enough. Arranged to come and view the 2nd. Spoke to Sam twice and Adam twice, neither of which contacted me, I had to keep phoning them. Another 4days passed, phoned up and now the car has sold. Apparently I didn’t get a call because it has now sold… although it’s up for sale on their site, eBay and auto trader still. Waste of time… Definitely worth reading the 1* reviews on these boys… it’s a shame it’s owned by a Veteran. Post response: The first time I made contact with you all was actually October 30th. To which Sam replied to my first question about the BMW saying ‘I have tried to call you please call us back to discuss.’ Which I did. My question was answered and I asked when and what the process was to view the car, on the phone. I was told to come by at my earliest convince by a member of your sales team. I understand you’re trying to save face but I am extremely disappointed with how I was dealt with. I understand you feel your cars a high in demand, but this had sat there for around 3weeks minimum. 2weeks of that I was trying to get in to see the car, I was told I couldn’t have a video appointment and living 150miles round trip, I didn’t want to waste my time. Again, no one helped me with this. Sam said he would send a video monday 7th, nothing received - phoned and spoke to Adam at lunchtime, who said he couldn’t help me but would get Sam to call me back. No call… you cannot deny that it is hard to get an answer from you and from the after sales to reply and try and make excuses just proves what’s happened isn’t going to change. The fact that when I phoned up twice I was answered with people singing and no one talking on the phone and another time to have the call answered, no response and just people chatting shows the professionalism. Thank you for the reply, but I hope communication and customer service improves for you guys.
