Four times at mildura shop no one there. When girl finally arrives, she says she's paying parking fees. Had to ask for trading hours to be displayed. A friend Went to art group Wednesday but wanted supplies for up coming art exhibition, girl at Mildura shop wasn't there at 9 am, 9.15, 9.30. 10.00 or 10.30 the friend gave it away and ordered on line. I will order on line from elsewhere also, others are ordering paint supplies, papers and board on.line and cost sharing, hundreds of dollars going elsewhere because the shop's not open. It's nice to support locally but if you can't be bothered shut the shop and stop wasting our precious time.

Office staff graciously took my phone number when counter staff were swamped.  "The right person" returned my call within the hour and gave me choices of materials to suit my purposes - along with a quick sum-up of instructions on getting the best out of the material.  Package arrived quickly; contents carefully wrapped.  Thank you, Premier Art!
