Avoid at all costs. My poor wife booked a massage in 2 weeks prior, organized a baby sitter gets to the appointment at 8:30 nobody rocks up, finally gets through to the office 10 minutes later oh she’s sick. Owner didn’t care, no offer of a free massage or anything. Not the first time it’s happened either I’ve had the same issue with this place. Terrible customer service
Lovely customer service, but bad massaging. Customer Service: Service at the reception was fantastic, and the masseuse was lovely too, very sweet and nice. The Actual Massaging: I booked the appointment for my partner who had an arm injury some time ago and it gets very tight and painful at times and wished to get a remedial massage. He has had plenty of remedial massages in the past and decided to try this place. He circled on the pad the area on his arm that he wanted attention to, and asked the masseuse to give an “upper body massage” and focus on his arms. The masseuse gave a full body massage? Did not massage his arm? Or give a remedial massage or anything close to it. The pressure used by the masseuse was quite light and there was no deep massage on his arm or attention to it. This was unfortunate. I had to massage it for him after the massage because it was not done properly. The Payment Side of Things They charged $77 of which was non-rebatable which we were fine with because a remedial massage is a remedial massage after all - you are paying for the specific service, until we realised that the only reason you could not use health insurance was because she has no provider number AKA she is either not qualified or in the process of getting it. Irrespective of that factor, the massage itself was poor. My partner’s arm does not feel any better. Overall conclusion We were told the masseuse is temporary, and we may come back if there is another masseuse because the people there are very friendly, but until then we will not. We are there for a service after all i.e. to relieve the muscle tension in the arm, and if the performance is not adequate, there is really no point coming back. I understand she was running late and she would have been tired. There could be a range of factors really, and I’m happy for others who have gotten good remedial massages here, but we will be trying elsewhere next time.
My husband and I have just had the best remedial massage with Janick who is new to the Manning clinic and we are so impressed with her professionalism and method we knew we had to recommend her and we'll definitely be asking for her service again.

I feel relaxed, at ease, comfortable with all staff that I have encountered. Cam is my current go to Physio and he is great. Superior service and expert treatment.
