Went to their stand at the Darwin Boat show today to buy a sounder and boat. Looked at boats including climbing up to look at inside and fittings before looking at and fiddling with the sounders. Stood at the sounders waiting for some service for about 20 min while their staff looked directly at us before walking away without speaking to us. Even had one staff member walk up to a group of 4 adults with children standing near us who were talking among themselves and showing no interest in the stand at all and engaging with them while we continued to be ignored. Just did yourselves out of a significant sale due to absolutely no idea about customer service. If I could have rated them no stars I would have.
The team at Precision Marine have always gone well above expectations and done a fantastic job with my boat, from re-powering, repairs, general maintenance and service. Top notch and know their stuff.
