Refreshing to find this gem of a laundromat. Clean facility. Ample machines. Detergent & softener vending machine. Pay via card.
Machine took my money but didn’t start. Had to pay a second time to get it going. Attempted to contact their help line but just got an automated voice message. Sent an email and 3 weeks later I still haven’t even received a response let alone my refund. I even attempted to contact them on FB and again all my communications have been ignored!!! Really really poor customer service and machines that rip you off!!! Plenty of other laundromats in the area …. Go elsewhere and save yourself the hassle!!
Most expensive laundromat I've ever seen. But the vibe...the aesthetics... so cool and funky and modern and what a great space to spend the afternoon. Seriously it's a laundromat. If you're a tap-your-card and not look at the price kind of person you'll be happy.
Super efficient new machines in a clean and bright space. A little daunting the first time you visit as there is no-one there to talk you through how to operate the machines. Washing machines in the first row and against the back wall. Drying machines against the wall on the right. If it's all too confusing try the number or contact email and staff get back to you pretty promptly.
Nice and clean laundromat but charger twice for drying! Turns out you can't open to put in forgotten clothes as it resets machine it!
No need coin. Paypass will work. Free wifi available . Washing start from $6.60 ,$8.75 , $10.50 and $15.95 depends on how much cloth you have. Dryer start from $4.95 for 20mins,then $5.95 and $7.45
Worst ever. Too expensive. I tried 3 times. And all the payment went through but the machine didn’t start. No number to call. Website also doesn’t work. I hope I’m the last person who experience this.
Agree with other reviews, over priced, paying for the decor but the same machines as elsewhere. Infuriatingly charged twice on my card when paying.
So expensive compared to every other laundromat with the same machines which they covered the logo to show theirs. You’re literally just paying for the aesthetics.
It's clean and the machines are all functioning, but it costs 25% more to do a load of laundry here than the other local coin laundries. Also no air conditioning or places to sit.
