Called Possum Ridge after our Ziggy passed suddenly and with no prior arrangements they were at our house to pick him up not long after.Staff were respectful and very understanding of our loss and reassured us he'd be taken care of. The urn he was returned in is perfect. Thanks guys.
I recently used Possum Ridge Pet Cremations for the cremation of my beloved pet, ELLY. The service and staff was absolutely fantastic. Everyone was so kind and understanding during a difficult time. Possum Ridge provided a beautiful memorial box which now holds a special place at home. I highly recommend their services and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
We haven't got our Missy Girl back yet, but when we do, we know she will have been cared for. One phonecall from Possum Ridge and I know she is in the best, most compassionate hands possible. Please know that we are grateful for you and what you are doing for our sweet pup. We lost her much too soon and in our time of inconceivable grief, you have helped bring some peace to us and our children. Thankyou. One week ago you took care of my beloved Mrs. Robinson...pity you only met her at this stage...I'm sure you would have loved her as so many people did...and she would have loved you...it's been the first time ever in more than 19 years she's been at a foreign place with no-one she knew...but I felt she is in good caring hands. My life will never be the same...my heart is broken but it helped to meet a person who understands and listens...Thank you Tania for being such a beautiful person.
Am so glad we went with Possum ridge. I was super upset when our Border Collie Corbi died suddenly. Possum ridge were prompt, Very kind and courteous. U went above and beyond for nova.. even knowning wat was wrong with my baby girl.. thank you so so much.. no words I can say right now can discribe how much thanks I have for U Tanya..for helping me do novas paw prints and helping me deal with my baby girl going to the heavens above before her time.. helping me put all her favourite toys with her and letting us spend that time with her to say goodbye ..when U new how she came.too you.. if U where not with me I don't know what I would of done without U by my side.. I know just how hard it was for me to have to deal with everything.. thank you for helping me and just being there for us when I felt so lost without my baby girl.. putting my tear away with nova as I miss and love her so much.. Possum Ridge were beyond kind and caring throughout the whole process of getting our pet cremated. Thank you for making such a tough time easier. We are so grateful. Would highly recommend.
Tanya and Co at Possum Ridge are just the most beautiful and compassionate ladies. They made an extremely heartbreaking time just that little easier to deal with. They went above and beyond - from trying to match the urn we had for our other fur babies also looked after by PR, to letting us visit when we needed too for as long as we needed too, listened while we babbled and were always just a call away. They allowed us the time and space we needed to grieve while also suggesting the most beautiful ideas, that to me anyway, helped immensely - from placing our tear soaked tissues with our beloved Cash so he could take our love with him to the rainbow bridge, to the “” text to let us know he was about to be cremated. They kept us informed thru out the week. They genuinely care and that care shone thru in everything they said and did.
