We recently said goodbye to our beloved dog George, who brought us nearly 14 wonderful years of love and joy. During one of the most difficult times of our lives, Dr. Liza from Smithfield Vets provided incredible support. She kindly liaised with Possum Ridge Pet Crematorium on our behalf, easing our burden and helping to arrange George’s cremation.nThanks to Possum Ridge, George was treated with the deepest respect and care. Not long after, we received a beautiful urn and a heartfelt certificate—precious reminders that now allow us to keep George close, always.nThank you, Possum Ridge. My cat was 15years and 5months old.nWe were devastated when he passed away.nIt was our first time ever losing a member of our family.nWe were so lost.nPossum Ridge helped us a lot emotionally.nThey explained us what we needed to expect until we understood and were happy.nIt was very hard to lose our cat but they made everything beautiful and being nice to us like they lost their pet, his end was so beautiful which helped us a lot emotionally.nIf you love your pet so much and want it to be treated as special, I recommend you ask them to cremate.nThey said they cremate each animal individually.nnOur cat loved sunshine but ever since he got sick, just raining every day and he didn’t get to see sunshine.nI told them that it’s the little thing in my chest before he was cremated. They saw little sunshine while he was waiting with them to be cremated and they took him outside and took pictures for us.nI had a viewing before cremation and they told me to catch all my tears in a tissue and put it next to his heart. They told me every little thing of how to say goodbye to him and it helped me to let him go.nWe have him home now and he is so happy.nnThank you so much Taniya and the team.nWe are very grateful to have you in our community.nnP.SnWe got a surprise!nThey sent us the updated cremation certificate.nWe didn’t care about the mistake on his age and didn’t contact them. Highly recommended. They were respectful, caring and made us feel comfortable that our girl was in good hands. Tanya was lovely to deal with and happy to accommodate our particular wishes. Very happy with our experience at Possum Ridge.
Honestly the most wonderful experience we have ever had.nnSaying goodbye to our baby Stormee was the hardest thing we have ever had to do. We lost our baby at the age 8 due to an unexpected illness. My family were grieving so much and we struggled to come to terms that our little boy had passed.nnThe lovely ladies at possum ridge did so much for us and we are forever greatful.nnThey went above and beyond to ensure we were well looked after. From making sure we were ok as can be and to the beautiful photo urn and paw print that was nicely framed. They even did a print of his little nose. Gave us reassurance that he looked peaceful and very much loved.nnWe struggle so much with each day without our baby and these beautiful ladies treasured him in ways we cannot express in words.nnOur boy is home and in the most beautiful way.nnHonestly I cannot thank them enough for what they have done for us.nnThank you.nnLots of love the Edwards/Richter family.
