We don't buy lots of new cars but when we do the experience has usually been unpleasant so I don't normally give reviews but Portside Mitsubishi has really been a great experience for us. Today we took our car to be serviced and it has motivated me to write a review as they are just consistently decent, helpful and friendly. Bought a Pajero Sports in January 2016. Went to two dealers asked them for their best deal as we didn't want to haggle and Portside Mitsubishi gave us a good deal and it was a straightforward process. You will find friendly, helpful and dare I say HONEST dealers here. (Other dealer we went to lived up to the poor reputation that car salespeople tend to have.) Owner is a down to earth, friendly person who obviously selects staff who have good customer services skills as we've not met anyone who has been dodgy. Although a bit out of our way we have been taking our car to them for service and not regretted it as they have been great and the owner always says hello. Already recommended them to a couple of good friends and if we are in the market again for an upgrade to our Pajero we will be back. .....The car is fantastic by the way if anyone is wondering

Great no fuss service, from enquiry to delivery. Wish every car dealer was this informative and helpful, no sales pressure. As they say, "Good old fashioned service" , Won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a new Mitsubishi. Keep up the great work
