If you’re looking for authentic Italian food, Porto Azzuro is the perfect place to have a delicious meal in a warm atmosphere. The staff are friendly and the wait isn’t long, which makes eating here even more enjoyable. This restaurant is perfect for a group/family, or just enjoying good quality Italian food by yourself.
Normally order takeaway from this fabulous Italian restaurant in Kellyville. However, to celebrate our anniversary we dined in midweek and highly recommend. We had pizza which tasted like it was wood fired, tender squid, flavourful pasta and squeezed in a decadent dessert. Will definitely return as it has a lovely relaxed and friendly ambience. Delicious food and great service. Looking forward to being dine-in regulars!
Ducked in early Saturday evening - had the calamari and the papardelle ragu and lasagna. Calamari was a bit underwhelming and the mains despite being generous portions weren’t amazing either, the lasagna was effectively a hunk of meat with a sheet on top and super salty. Service was great and the people are very friendly but not too sure the quality of the food justify the prices we paid for it. Not keen on returning.
Modern Italian restaurant with a significant difference - the servings are 'nonna' sized!! What this means is that servings are very generous without sacrificing quality. The dishes we sampled were both tasty and authentic. Cooked simply with quality ingredients. The pasta and gnochi were as good as any pasta I've had in Italy. Seriously good food and very good value!
Good Italian place for families. Delicious pizza and pasta and the children love the kids menu, especially the kid sized pizza and spaghetti with their own parmesan jar. There is a small wine selection but you can also bring your own. And of course they also serve tasty dessert and ice cream.
Great service, the pizza was great. But the penne and risotto were a bit salty. We have to drink a lot of water with the food.
This was our first time at Porto Azzurro but it definitely will not be our last. We didn't have an entree but they looked delicious. We ordered the gnocchi gamberi and the kilo of black mussels and both were first class. Black mussels is one of my favourite meals and this one is one of the best. We tried one of the Italian wines on offer and it was a full bodied merlot/sangiovese blend. It was a perfect accompaniment for our meal. We finished off with tiramisu and coffee. The perfect end to a perfect meal. The prices were most reasonable and the the staff were friendly and attentive. There was also lots of other interesting things on the menu to try so we will be back.

Oh my goodness, I have never had such a delicious pasta dish so close to home! I can honestly say that Porto Azzurro served me one of the best pastas I’ve ever had! The staff were attentive, the restaurant was buzzing and the food was amazing. Can’t wait for my next visit!
