Great breakfast and lovely service. Chilli scrambled eggs was a generous serve and very tasty. The avocado and poached eggs was also delicious. The coffee was great. Staff were friendly and efficient. The complimentary sparkling water was a nice touch too. We will definitely be going back. The setting is beautiful right on the water front and near the pier. Altogether a beautiful experience.
Visited today with our family. Ample parking out the front next to the pier. Pram friendly access. Booked online to secure a table. We ordered the $75 seafood platter and gnocchi main to share between two adults and one child. Generous serving portions. Food was fresh. Coffee was great. Staff were friendly but seemed a bit stressed due to be understaffed. Overall, we had a nice visit to Pier St today. Just note, there is a toilet available but it does not have a baby change table or space for wheelchair access.
The mussels are fresh, tasty and well made. The fish and chip is well made. Staff is friendly and food is served fast. The ambient is very nice. Outdoor seating will be even more pleasant during nice summer days. The only downside is it charges 20% holiday surcharge which is way more than the other places.Food: 5/5
Lovely restaurant with good food and nice staff. We ordered chilli mussels which came with sourdough and chips, and prawn linguine. Both were very tasty. We enjoyed our time there. Definitely come back again soon.
Really nice place for lunch. This is a quaint cafe, with a quiet atmosphere and view of the bay. Tables are nicely spaced, a bit nookish. Menu leans toward seafood. Staff were friendly, service quick. Alcohol available, as well as a variety of other warm and cold beverages. Children's menu. Discrete dessert menu. Three adults, mains, drinks, dessert around $105. Parking: Easy parking in and out
Had the fish and chips. Was great. Just a tiny bit oily. Had the mussels chowder. Mussels were fresh and tasty. Friendly staff and the outdoors view is amazing.Food: 4/5
Loved the food! The weather was amazing! We sat outside and it was 18 degrees. You can order by scanning the app, and the staff are very polite, and prompt. Thanks Pier Street, for making our tummies full, and mind satisfied and making a great start to our Sunday.
We had a seafood platter and the mussels were nicely flavoured. We also enjoyed the miso salmon and spicy prawn linguine. The service was fantastic and the crew was able to accomodate us inside the restaurant.
Nice fresh mussles and good dessert. The place is bright and fresh. No booking required for outdoors seatings when we went. Note: 20% surcharge for public holiday
Pretty reasonable place/price. Lovely staff, food was a good price and portion size. Maybe a little underwhelming, hence not 5 stars. Would recommend however!
