This service turned up over an hour late 3 times in a row, the office got my address wrong on every occasion and most of the young drivers dont care. I was taken the longest route to my destination and was only offered help once with my crutches getting in and out of the car. 0/10 do not use this service.

This should be no stars as we received no service at all but will not allow me to post. Phoned at 3pm and ordered van for 9 passengers for 5pm. Booking was confirmed. At 4 50 the dispatcher phoned to say that neither of the vans would come and pick us up. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING. We were unable to hire from another Company at that late stage. Would never recommend this Company to anyone. Consequently we had to have two members of our party as sober drivers and for a surprise birthday that had been organised for 10 months this was unacceptable.

Ordered a Taxi explained it was an emergency, dispatcher said one was in the area, took over 25 minutes got hung up on too when I asked where is the Taxi! the distance between my place and the Taxi where they said supposedly it was, wouldn't take more than 5-7 minutes BUT took over 25 minutes. never use them again!.

Disappointed in very poor in fact non existant service. Booked porirua taxi for transportation of 90 year old wheelchair bound mother to the family celebration on saturday the 19th of december 2015. After waiting 45 minutes the resthome contacted the taxi firm only to be given 3 different responses as to why no taxi arrived. 1. No booking in the system 2. Dont have a mobility vehicle in their fleet, 3. Operator did not pass on the booking. Taxi turned up at 12.30 , booking was for 10.40, only to be upset that the customer had made alternative arrangements. Their website states "they are totally committed to providing the highest level of customer service"........ not our experience.

I was surprised at how rude the Porirua taxis were when I called to book. It definitely didn't inspire me to ever use the service again, but I can say to save them that they were on time to the minute. A company that claims it has the best service around though should do some more customer service work, as getting hung up on wasn't a professional thing to do - I should have just called a different company.
