Nice bookstore with new books. I didn’t get anything because I was interested in a local used bookstore but the staff came up and asked immediately if I needed any help and there was a wide array of books for adults, young adults, and kids as well as a good selection of smaller gift items, Moleskin notebooks etc. Some good, comfy seating by the way of couches too if you need to preview a book before purchasing as well as a kids’ section with little seats.

Friendly, helpful staff who order books- any book in for you. Colourful and well presented shop. I hope to have my name on the wall with other authors they have on there one day!

Poppies is all about books. If they don't have it theyll find it .....thee BEST books store!  Beautifully displayed, with couches to quietly take your time as you peruse a really interesting eclectic collection. Well done on including a great Māori collection for all ages and stages of their Māori renaissance journey.  The ladies are book enthusiasts and host a book club, meet the author evenings and more....thanks so much! Love, love, love

Although I didn’t find what I was looking for I walked away with a gift substitute which was very ideal. Lovely friendly service and free gift wrapping over the christmas season.
