One of, if not the, best dining I've ever had! Food: Was delicious, very very happy. Price was reasonable. Great location looking out over the river. Staff were the reason we were so happy! Best service, very friendly, attentive and great attention to detail. Amenities behind the restaurant. ------------- Repeatability: Can't wait to come back next time I'm in Brisbane.
Amazing! We were here for a small work Christmas lunch and shared the space with a few other larger work functions. We found the service was excellent even when they had larger functions to manage. Cocktails are amazing and food is on point. Portions are great, we were all really full. Very accommodating for gluten free.Food: 5/5
It was good but used to be better in terms of quality for the food. The atmosphere and location is what makes this place special. Could be a few more options on the menu also. The people working there are awesome and super friendly so thank you for a good time.
Food was good overall. The broccoli side dish was great, pizza and pasta are good. I'd pass on desserts. I wish the service was a bit better. A few minor things that bummed us out. If we are 4 tell us that the arenchini dish is 3 pieces as we told you we are sharing everything. If we are early and the place is half empty let us sit and worst case you move us a table later.
My experience was absolutely good. Well located restaurant, was busy Sunday, yet the service was excellent. Small, but varied menu, I tried a couple of starters the arancini was good, and I liked the Skull Island Prawns the sauce was so tasty on the Mains. I would love to try the rest on the menu.
Last minute afternoon tea/lunch celebration bought us to this wonderful restaurant. We arrived right at kitchen close between courses, but we were not turned away or hassled. We were greeted with enthusiasm and honesty. We were given a great and comfortable table with fabulous views of the Brisbane river. The venue is lovely and open and for the chillier days has lovely warmth radiating from the heaters scattered around. The service was prompt and friendly. The meals were delicious. Deserts also delicious. Sadly I did not take photos as we tuckered in too quickly. A lovely Sunday afternoon. Looking forward to a return visit. Wonderful.
I want to take our waiter home for use as our personal butler.... The portions are small but delicious. At a superb location by the river dining semi outdoors. The staff are quick to rescue you from any passing local fauna.Food: 3/5
Had a wonderful lunch here on a beautiful sunny Friday afternoon. Tables are outdoor but shaded and decor is sleek. Service was excellent and the food was faultless too. The pizza was seasoned well and the burrata was just moreish. Calamari was crispy, I thought the broccolini portion could’ve been a bit larger. Would definitely come back again!
ALWAYS YUMMY!!! I hadn’t been back for years & not only were portions bigger but the food was still amazing! Great food & drinks menu with lots of options, lots of staff on hand & lovely atmosphere as you sit outdoors with your loved ones. Parking isn’t too far, short walk from either Sidon Street, South Bank carpark or take the train or bus near there too! Highly recommend & will be back!
Hands down the best Italian I have ever had. The staff were so friendly! We had Katia as our server, she was super attentive and bubbly, it was such a pleasure to have her. The food arrived very quickly, and my gosh it was delicious. The restaurant is situated in such a lovely spot right on the river. Absolutely no faults whatsoever. Will be returning for sure.
