Had an issue with a Liner that was installed by our contractor. Vic and his team quickly provided a replacement. Great Customer Service!
Absolutely horrible customer service, bought from this company multiple times in the past years up to July 2021. Called to inquire about a lighting controller and they wanted me to text them my previous invoices. Now being the owner of my Company searching through paperwork is simply a waste of time and non sense. After all that garbage she transferred me to someone else who essentially STARTED THE CONVERSATION ALL OVER AGAIN?????? ARE YOU KIDDING ME. I WILL NEVER SPEND A DIME AT THIS USELESS PLACE EVER AGAIN. I WILL MAKE SURE MY OTHER POOL CONTRACTOR FRIENDS DO THE SAME. Fix up your customer service, after all.. we keep you running.
I called to buy a pump .. they said I have to be a pool contractor to buy .. I said I can get the contractor who opened my pool to arrange but I'd need pricing .. they said they won't answer questions unless I am the contractor Truly strange.
