Colin came out to clean our pool he was absolutely lovely and was patient with all of our stupid tech challenged questions about the filter etc he worked hard and did a fantastic job so much so that we booked him in as our monthly go to cleaner inFact the entire team is lovely it’s just nice to experience gr customer service again when it was genuine cracker of a team and their pricing is on point thanks guys Maria Hodgson
We have 2 properties that have monthly visits from the team at Pool Tek. We have stopped using Pool Tek because most recently after installing our security cameras - we have captured live footages of their young boys who come to service the pool. The boys spend approximately only about 3-4 minutes on each visit. These visits are charged at a fixed call out rate plus chemicals. Understandably we maintain our pool well and hence there is no major scooping work required. But the boys merely just come and add the chemicals and go. No checking of the chlorinator and pumps, no back washing done. Very little effort altogether. Slack show. Its a quick in quick out type service. So Carindale customers who use PoolTek should be wary of the service provided.

The team at pool Tek where very welcoming and very helpful will definitely use these guys again.
Delayed services, overcharged prices. Took advantage of the customers who are not native English speakers. The staff used excuses to refuse email the quotes. They sent the parts to other shops for repairs, charged over 40% profits on top of the quotation.
We've recently used Len's team to relocate our pool filter and pump from one part of the garden to the other. Everything went smoothly. We have also bought a new sand filter and a new pump from them. We're very happy with the service and the friendly, "happy go lucky" attitude from Len and his employees or sub-contractors. Will use them again!
Have spent a lot of money at Pool Tek carindale. When you need help and product under warranty they say call another pool shop. They are just rude. You can’t treat customers like this. They are happy to keep taking your money. Called rude when asking about warranty after spending more money. Happy to take your money though and speak of you to others. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
We had Len out this morning to replace sand in our ageing pool filter with glass. Great job Len!! My husband and I are always very happy with the advice and service we receive from Len and his team whether it be on-site poolside or in their shop. Always knowledgeable and never pushy. Highly recommend!!
The customer service at this shop is appalling. I went in to the store at 2.50 on Saturday, the door was open but a sign said closed, I brought in my Dolphin pool cleaner which I bought from this store and the person serving said they were closed. I was a customer of this store, operative word, was, a customer ,past tense. Here was I a customer and he refused to help me, he said " I am going home"
They were servicing the pool of the place we bought, but the pool turned green twice during the 6 month period. Cancelled the service after they're saying I need a new chlorinator for 3 times the price that I can get from another pool shop nearby. 8 month later, they're charging my card over $1,500 for someone else purchase. When I called them, they said it was a mistake, but can't refund the money because it couldn't go through the EFTPOS and asked for my other bank account details. Dogie vendor.
