The team at Pool Culture is seriously good. I just moved into a rental with a pool and our service stopped coming folded his business. Due to this my pool turned green. I had no idea what I was dealing with in terms of my pool salt or mineral or chlorine as well as the system that is used. The team tested my water and told me exactly what to do. 24 hours later my pool was ready to go and be swam in. Really great service and very knowledgeable. Will be coming back once again!
Always superbly helpful and knowledgeable. Have always had what I've needed in their great range of chemicals and accessories. Has always been my go to pool shop.
I'd just like to commend Pool Culture for their phenominal in-store service, especially the lovely lady running the show, who was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and delightfully friendly. I first dropped in to pick up a new pool cleaner, which the store was offering at significantly lower price than my local pool store, then came back the following day with a large collection of old damaged pool parts from my system - they were able to provide replacements for the lot, all in stock! With all new parts and seals fitted, my pump has stopped sucking in air, so the system is running better than ever. Thanks again for all your help and advice! I'll happily drive right on by my local pool shop to visit you guys in future.
Paul from Pool Culture has done a fantastic job with our pool and has been looking after our pool for a number of years. We have been regular customers of this business for over 20 years. When we recently moved out of the local area in 2017 they took over a regular maintenance service of our pool 2/month. The property was vacant for many months and they continued to 'service' it until it was finally rented. The tenants have reported that the pool is foul green, debri inside, leaves blocking the auto pool cleaner and marks over the pool from fallen external objects still in the pool. They didnt bother to lift the pool blanket during the services. We have no idea what they actually did except send us a bill for hundreds $ each month. Dodgy to say the least and downright desperate to deal with, steer clear we dont think their young fellas even attended the site for some weeks and will now seek legal redress from them for damages.
