The cheese cake was absolutely delicious- definitely must - try. The sweetness was just perfect, not overly sweet at all, the mushroom dish comes in second place and was also really good.
My husband and I recently visited your cafe and we just wanted to say how much we loved it. The food, service, and prices were all fantastic, we were honestly so impressed. We absolutely love visiting cafes around the Gold Coast, and yours has officially become our number one favourite.nnWe also can’t go without mentioning the quality of the bread and how beautifully the dishes were presented and served. Love this little cafe to stop whilst taking the dogs for a lap of the lake. Chai Latte is amazing and they have dog treats. Very reasonably priced food for the GC as well. Book a table if you have a large group as it can get busy on Sat/Sun mornings
Absolutely delicious chicken avo on toast. Honestly the best I’ve had on the Gold Coast.nThe flavours were perfectly balanced, the ingredients tasted fresh, and the presentation was beautiful.nGreat atmosphere and friendly service as well. I’ll definitely be back when I’m in Carrara again!
Ordered lactose free coffee, 5 minutes after leaving, realised it definitly was not lactose free. Luckily there is a chemist and toilet next door but I'm sat in the car while my partner has urgently run to the bathroom. Our afternoon plans will have to be cancelled and we'll have to try and get home quick once theyre back. It's really not okay how some places care so little about intolerances. Please don't offer lactose free if you haven't trained your staff in the importance and health implications of getting dietary requirements right. Food and atmosphere was otherwise nice but if you have allergies or intolerances, don't take the risk.
