Story

Pooch Pampering is locally owned home base salon located in Cranbourne West.

We have been established since 2012 and have experienced groomers on our team to cater to your dogs needs.
​
All our grooming is done in an open space area where all clients can see their dog, we do not have cages here, but if we are finding your dog is needing their own space we do have a large area where they can hang out by themselves. Our groomers can still watch them with their own bedding and water. Your dog will never be left alone as there are always groomers in the salon.

We hand wash and hand dry each dog where the coat is dried completely, the drying time is also a great opportunity to check your pets' skin and to keep watch on anything that doesn't look normal and to alert owners of anything we think may need to be checked out by a vet.

We take the time to observe your Pooch's behaviour and mood and we have successfully groomed many 'hard' cases effortlessly. We achieve this by paying attention to your pooches body language. If they need breaks in the grooming process they can enjoy some time in the salon socialization with other groomers and dogs.

Our salon has air conditioning and heating so your dog will be comfortable and feel right at home, we treat all dogs as our very own and they will receive nothing but the best care from our groomers.
