They are friendly and respond super fast to emails which is great.

We had a pleasant experience with Polson McMillan while dealing with immigration NZ. The lawyers there are very knowledgeable about immigration policies and at the same time approachable & friendly. They were always available to assist us with our queries and provided a supportive environment during a time when we were stressed. They will definitely be our preferred law firm for any future legal issues.

We recommend Katherine of McMillan & Co Lawyers, her work was prompt and comprehensive. We had what seemed like an intractable problem with our immigration application. The application had been prepared by us at home without any outside help. Immigration NZ followed all of the Rules and we have no criticism of their response, but there was a barrier that seemed impassable. What we needed was someone to put our case clearly and support it with relevant research. Katherine did just that and in the limited time frame we had. Happily to say Immigration NZ processed our visa without further enquiry. We recommend Katherine and her firm, if you have a legal matter needing attention just call McMillan & Co., they are great.

These people were absolutely fantastic! Until recently I've been fortunate enough not to have had any dealings with the NZ justice system but a few months ago my fortunes changed. I found myself at the mercy of a system, very foreign, quite baffling and altogether terrifying! The skill, experience and moreover, the genuine warmth and humanity of Val, Katherine and the other lovely people at Polson McMillan made my experience as painless as possible and achieved for me a very favourable outcome. I was very much out of my depth, facing a cold  and uncaring legal system. These people offered me a very warm and human hand and for that I'm eternally grateful and in turn offer my own recommendation to anyone who finds themselves need of legal guidance.

I'm very pleased with the professional services I received since the first visit. Our solicitor, Katherine was very lovely, communicated and worked with us efficiently. Highly recommended.

My experience with Sally McMillian  has had a devastating impact on my relationship and bond with my son. Unfortunately Miss Mcmillian represented my son as" lawyer for child" in Family court proceedings.She manged to drag them out for 5 years for her financial benefit.All though they have a code of practice to follow when taking this position Miss Mcmillan decided to ignore. She was highly sexist and unresponsive. Even when the child turned 5 Miss McMillian failed to even talk to him.

Highly recommend Simon, Sally and the team. Fantastic to deal with, super responsive and good to know they had our back.

Unfortunately you can give no stars but if I could I would. One of the worst businesses it's been my misfortune to deal with.
