I started training at Pollets around 4 months ago and I love it! It really is a incredible place to train with incredible people. The trainers are great people that are fully invested in you to work towards your absolute best! Highly recommend anyone to give it a go. You won't be disappointed.

Great gym with a great atmosphere and family feel. Kyoshi and Coach Jo are definitely the best on the Gold Coast. Very beginner friendly gym, I didn't know how to throw a kick before joining!

Pollets dojo is a wonderful place for everyone. I have been going for 5 years and I feel like I have gained a second family. The instructors are friendly and accommodating for all body types and learning styles. Very good for children and women too. Very highly recommend!
