I had an eyelash lift done. I was hesitant at first and they reassured my mother an I that in the 7 years they'd been doing it, they'd never had anyone have a reaction. well I did! only the eyelashes on one side curled and the burning i experienced in that eye 24 hours after was bad, the other eye was fine, which suggests its the way it was done. I had to flush my eye out several times throughout the night (which your told not to do). not very professional advice, and not very professional results. The girl who did it reassured me the other eyelashes would continue to raise throughout the day... which i suspect was a lie, as they did not. I messaged on facebook to ask for some support, and the owner messaged back saying they were closed but they would call on Monday. They have a 7 day a week care policy on nails, but not on customer care and wellbeing after an treatment... that says alot.

Such a pleasant experience! The staff were very friendly as well as knowledgeable about the products and services. It was very clean and well set up. I especially liked the pedicure bar! I will be making Polished Beauty my regular beauty spot from now on!

Cost more than most other places for a waxing that was in no way complete. Took a life time to complete. She did make an effort to minimise the discomfort and pain with waxing however they do not fall on my list of places to return to.

Excellent spray tan. On the expensive side, but worth it!
