I have been fortunate to have had the support of Polaris lawyers over the period of my personal injury claim. Not only did they provide excellent legal advice, they were also extremely aware of the emotional stress that a legal claim can have on a client. Polaris Lawyers were fantastic with managing my case and dealing with TAC. They are extremely professional, and helped guide my understanding of legal proceedings throughout the entire case. They were also sympathetic and comforting when it came to discussing the trauma aspect of my case.

I’d like to say that my case had involved work cover and from the very start I was unaware of my rights regarding work cover and I was clueless on what to do.  Megan Caines was my lawyer for the majority of my case and she had come to my house personally, listened to everything I had to say and made me aware on the process, on communicating with insurance companies, appointments, paperwork’s, followups, she had done everything and this was a big relief to me as I was clueless. She never asked for anything more and really was a genuine and kind person who supported me through my tough time since 2019 and loved to help people.  Not only Megan, but her whole staff was very helpful and supportive from Yen Tran taking over when Megan was on leave to Leonie Bartlett and Nikolina Davcevski keeping great communication with me regarding the case. Megan Caines is an amazing person who left me reassured with her handling my case alongside her husband Geoffrey J. Smith who helped me with the finalisation of the case and really made me feel cared for.
